5 Days Safari to Bwindi National Park- Queen Elizabeth

Day 1, transfer to Bwindi
Have a morningbreakfast at the Hotel and then meet with our company guide who will drive you to south west where Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is found. You will have a lunch en-route in Mbarara and then proceed to reach Bwindi in the evening.  Dinner and overnight at travelers rest camp/gorilla forest camp/gorilla resort/ Buhoma community Banda.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking
Following breakfast you will transfer to the park headquarters for the briefing by the park guides, before you set off for the trek.  The trek has no fixed duration time as it depends on the last night of where the apes sleeped from. The activity is tiresome, it involves walking along steep hilly tracks however encountering these great relatives of man erases all the poor memories/ hardships you went through in trying to find them.  They are awe-inspiring. Dinner and overnight at travelers rest camp/gorilla forest camp/gorilla resort/ Buhoma community Banda.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Morning breakfast, Drive through the Ishasha sector to Queen Elizabeth National Park after, lunch en-route, enjoy the drive in the ishasha while spotting out the tree climbing lions. Expect animals like the tree climbing lions, antelopes, elephants and others. You will reach in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at mweya safari lodge / Queen Elizabeth hostel/Jacana/simba safari camp

Day 4: Game drive –Boat ride.
Early morning wake up and have a cup of coffee, then set off for a game drive in the Kasenyi sector and Queens Mile. The drive through the park will reward you with game like Lions. Elephants, leopards, hyenas, warthogs, bush pigs, white stripped jackal, bushbucks and others. You will then return to the lodge for late breakfast and after lunch go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel that connects lakes Edward and Kyoga for game like, Hippos buffaloes and plenty of birds Both Migrant and residents.  Dinner and overnight queen Elizabeth hostel/Mweya safari lodge/ Jacana/simba safari camp

Day 5: game drive and transfer back to Kampala
Early in the morning go for the game drive in the Northern crater area where there is a lot of dark holes called the black craters with no water. You may be able to see a lot of animal species such as the Elephants, lions, buffaloes, Leopards, monkeys such as the black and white colobus, vervet, patus, red-tailed and the blue monkeys. Other animals that can be seen are the bush pigs and the warthogs, antelopes. This side of the park provides a good view of numerous craters. Return to the lodge for late Breakfast and transfer back to Kampala with lunch enroute in Mbarara town. Proceed to Kampala reaching in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Kampala
